Avocado & Egg Toast
WHOLE GRAIN TOAST
LIME (YOU WILL JUST NEED THE JUICE)
FRESHLY CHOPPED CILANTRO
HOT CHILI PEPPERS (OPTIONAL)
1. Poach 2 eggs (Click here for recipe)
2. Cut avocado into cubes with a butter knife, then scoop out into a bowl with a spoon.
3. Chop onion and add to bowl.
4. Add garlic powder, juice of lime, cilantro and hot sauce and mix.
5. Toast bread.
6. Divide and spread avocado mixture evenly on toast, top with poached egg and sprinkle with hot chili peppers.
