Perfect Poached Eggs
Ingredients:
DESIRED NUMBER OF EGGS
Directions:
1. Bring pot of water to a light boil.
2. Crack and strain eggs into a fine mesh strainer over the sink.
3. Gently place eggs into boiling water.
4. Swirl with a spoon for about 4-5 minutes for soft runny yolks.
5. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve.
