COOKED RED QUINOA
CANADIAN FETA CHEESE DICED IN 1/4 INCH CUBES
ROASTED BEETS DICED
CUCUMBER DICED
ROAST CHICKEN SHREDDED
AVOCADO CUBED
SUNFLOWER SEEDS
ALMONDS
DRIED CRANBERRIES (OR ANY OTHER
DRIED FRUIT OF CHOICE)
HM CLASSIC DRESSING (RECIPE)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients (EXCEPT avocado) in a bowl.
2. Add salad dressing and mix.
3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
4. Add avocado.
5. Serve and enjoy.
