Kale Chips

Ingredients:
2 CUPS
2 TSP
1/2 TSP
DASH
KALE
OLIVE OIL
KOSHER SALT
CAYENNE PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Wash and dry kale thoroughly.
3. Remove stem by cutting or tearing the leaves away and break into bite size pieces.
4. Place kale in a bowl and add olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper (optional). Toss to coat.
5. Place kale on a parchment lined baking tray.
6. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove once edges of kale turn golden brown and enjoy!
