GUACAMOLE

Ingredients:

AVOCADOS 

GREEN ONION

GARLIC POWDER

LIME (YOU WILL JUST NEED THE JUICE)

FRESHLY CHOPPED CILANTRO

HOT SAUCE

Directions:

1. Cut avocado into cubes with a butter knife, then scoop out into a bowl with a spoon.

2. Chop onion and add to bowl.

3. Add garlic powder, juice of 1/2 a lime, cilantro and hot sauce to bowl and mix.

4. Refrigerate for 1 hour for best flavor.

5. Serve with homemade pita chips, nachos or add to you favorite Mexican dishes.
