Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients:

1/2 TSP

ALMOND FLOUR

SEA SALT

BAKING SODA

GROUND CINNAMON

MEDIUM RIPE BANANAS (ABOUT 1 CUP)

EGGS

SLICED STRAWBERRIES & BANANAS

BUTTER OR OIL OF CHOICE

Directions:

1. Combine all dry ingredients.

2. Mash bananas.

3. Add eggs to bananas and whisk.

4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.

5. Heat frying pan over medium heat.

6. Add butter/oil and dollop pancakes on to hot pan, flip when necessary.

7. Serve with fresh sliced strawberries & bananas and/or Maple syrup.
