PAPRIKA (SMOKED IS ALSO GREAT!)
FINELY DICED ONION
FINELY SHREDDED CARROTS
FRESH CHOPPED THYME (CAN SUBSTITUTE
WITH 1 TSP OF DRIED THYME)
FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY (CAN SUBSTITUTE
WITH 2 TSP OF DRIED PARSLEY)
BLACK PEPPER
SEA SALT
100 CALORIE BUNS/PITAS
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. Combine all ingredients except buns. *Do not overmix
3. Shape into 4 patties.
4. Barbecue until fully cooked then serve on buns with your favourite toppings.
