Beef Souvlaki

Ingredients:

16 OZ

4 CLOVES

1 TBSP

1 TBSP

1/2 TSP

BEEF TENDERLOIN

LEMONS

OLIVE OIL

MINCED GARLIC

FRESH ROSEMARY

FRESH OREGANO

BLACK PEPPER

Directions:

1. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes and set aside.

2. Juice lemons into a bowl, add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

3. Add steak to marinade, cover and refrigerate over night or a minimum of 4 hours.

4. Remove steak from fridge 30 minutes prior to eating and place on skewers.

5. Preheat barbeque to medium-high and grill to desired doneness.
