RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Adults aged 19+: First time users: Begin with 1 cap 3x/day before each meal. If you do not experience any discomfort, gradually increase your dosage to 2 caps 3x/day before each meal. Take 2 hours apart from other medications. Take each dose with at least 240 ml (8 oz.) water. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or obstruction of the throat, esophagus, or intestine. Don’t take at bedtime.CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS
Loose stools, flatulence, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort have been reported. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
