Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
1 ONION (FINELY DICED)
2 CARROTS (SLICED)
1 STALK CELERY WITH LEAVES PLUS ANY EXTRA LEAVES (SLICED)
2 TSP BUTTER
6 CUPS LOW SODIUM CHICKEN BROTH
1/4 CUP COCONUT OIL
1 TSP VANILLA
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
CINNAMON SUGAR:
2 TBSP COCONUT SUGAR OR ORGANIC CANE SUGAR
1 TSP CINNAMON
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the dough.
2. Roll the dough out.
3. Combine ingredients for the cinnamon sugar and slowly add a little maple syrup to make the mixture sticky.
4. Spread the cinnamon sugar over the dough.
5. Roll up the dough and cut into 1/2 inch thick cookie slices.
6. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
